What it is

The Settings area brings together personal preferences and account data: language and theme, default AI behavior, profile data, password change, connections, and version information.

How to access

1

Open the user menu

In the sidebar, click your name/avatar (footer).
2

Select Settings

Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl/⌘ + .
On desktop, settings open in a window with tabs on the left and a search field to find options. On mobile, they open full screen with level navigation (list → detail).

Tabs

Basic interface preferences:
  • Theme — choose between System, Light, or Dark.
  • Language — select the interface language (alphabetically ordered list, with flags).
  • Notifications — enable to receive response notifications. The browser will ask for permission; if denied, it must be granted in the browser settings.
Click Save to apply.
The theme can also be quickly changed via the user menu → Appearance.
In the Instructions field, write guidelines that the AI will follow in all your conversations, without needing to repeat them each time (language, tone, response format, context about you). The field is expandable for longer texts. Click Save to apply.Example: “Always respond in English, concisely. Use bullet points when there are multiple items and don’t make up data.”
Brings together connections and access security, such as endpoints/servers and the option to change the password (key/API when applicable). Options may vary depending on the company’s configuration.
Your profile data:
  • Profile photo (avatar) — click the camera icon to upload/change.
  • Full name.

Best practices

  • Set your Instructions (Customization tab) to reflect how you prefer responses — this saves repetitions across every conversation.
  • Use dark theme in low-light environments to reduce eye strain.
  • Keep name, BU, and occupation updated — they help with organization and administrative reports.
  • Change your password periodically.

Frequently asked questions
